analog transducers. only way more interesting.

I found this random blog topic generator that has a seriously terrible layout that makes me think not nice things about whoever designed it and I wonder if they even care that it’s almost impossible to navigate awesome layout, but they have very useful post prompts so I stayed and I hit the generate topic button and came up with analog transducer and I didn’t still don’t even know what that is but thought maybe it was mechanich-y or electronic-y so I asked the Rabbit and he said something about mechanical switching and voltage stepping and something about a range and then I felt like I should be replying with something equally as intelligent but I had no idea what to say so I just stared at him and then he said, Like a potentiometer, so matter of fact, like that was supposed make everything make sense.

Me: …

Him (much slower): You know. A potentiometer?

Me: Hold on. I need to take notes.

I went and got paper and pen.

Me: Okay. Pasamuwhat?

Apparently my lack of knowledge about all things transducery was humorous to him because the man responded by laughing at me and then he continued on about some business having to do with fast or slow knobs or dials and I just wrote it down but really wasn’t understanding anything except the word range only I still don’t get what an analog transducer had to do with cooking but whatever.

At least I can now say that I’ve successfully blogged about something I still know less-than-nothing about so I guess I have that going for me and I think that makes me, like, a super blogger or something equivalent. Probably. I should get a badge or an award for this I think.
