Feeling sluggish. Time for a change. Day 4
Time for a change day 4 – (Read my entire journal on ‘Feeling Sluggish’ here. Each entry is in order but runs backwards so you’ll have to scroll down to read previous entries on the subject)
What discipline this has taken! I’ve only been doing this for 4 days now and it has been a definite test of my ability to stick with something difficult. I am a self proclaimed lazy-butt.
Not only that, but blogging about hit has shown me that my spelling leaves a lot to be desired. Apparently spell checker doesn’t like my spelling of exercise and I am constantly having to correct my errors.
I did run my 15 minutes last night, though I didn’t blog about it. I didn’t run today because I have somehow hurt my ankle. It isn’t swollen or anything so I am sure it will be fine with a day or two of rest. I don’t plan to run on Sundays ever so I’ll have another good day to rest my sore muscles.
I have been a little more tired since I began running 4 days ago but I know that won’t last forever. I just need to get past this first week or so.
God has blessed me with a baby who sleeps well this time around and I am happy for that.
I have a friend down the street who runs for fun. Yes, I said she runs for fun.
Are you setting a exercise goal for yourself? It doesn’t take much. Just start with a 15 minute fast walk or slow jog. When you are comfortable jogging for 15 minutes add another couple of minutes. Or, come up with a different program that will work best for you!
If you are working on an exercise program I would love to read about it. Either leave a comment about your progress in the comments or leave a link to where you are journaling about it. We can encourage one another to keep going when we are on the verge of failure, exhausted and ready to give up!

Good for you on the exercise routine!
I myself was feeling really tired. I have a thyroid prob but I have been taking my meds & know it isn't that. Then I got those cracked corners in my lips & realized I was low on Vitamin B. I bought b6 & b12 & it has really helped me not feeling tired. You might want to look into adding vitamins to your exercise routine! Good luck
