Giveaway – Probiotics For Kids!

We keep healthy during the winter months in several ways. Firstly we strive to eat healthy, drink lots of water, exercise, and use good handwashing. We also have seperate toothpaste tubes for each child (They don’t go through it any faster, but it keeps them from rubbing the tube on their toothbrush and then onto someone else’s toothbrush LOL), and we replace toothbrushes, loofah’s and household air filters every month. We also drink a lot of echinacea tea, take multivitamins, and often vit. c. When anyone shows signs of catching a cold or anything, we take vitamin c in mass quantity, we also we use Sambucol (elderberry), and aromatherapy (eucalyptus).
Wash hands often! I also give my one-year-old acidophilus (sp?) to help keep his tummy in order.

I try to have my children wash their hands often and I also have them eat lots of fruit.
Washing hands with plenty of soap, using separate hand towels in the bathroom, lots of tissue boxes available for catching those sneezes {I’ve taught my children to please ‘catch a sneeze’ instead of generously spraying the air with them}! Vitamin C and lots of rest when feeling a cold coming on. Don’t drink from the same cup as your friend {or your brother!}.
We eat healthy, take vitamins and keep them away from each other when they show signs of sickness…and we pray.
we drink raw smoothies everyday.
(smoothies consist of fresh spinach, frozen blueberries and strawberries, a banana and an orange. We throw in some flax seed with it too and add a little water (o: kids love it and they are getting their leafy greens in everyday (o;
