I completed day 3 of the Hundred Push Ups Challenge and it wasn’t so bad – I’m not even sure I can call it torture anymore.  I’m getting stronger already.  It’s amazing how fast it’s happening.

My arms do hurt though, especially my right shoulder, but I easily[!] accomplished today’s program.  I could have done more, even.    I’m looking forward to next weeks program and the test that follows week 2.
