Rudolf is just not funny
Kait kindly bathed Jesse for me yesterday, then couldn’t resist snapping a few pictures of him in his adorable clean-ness.
Because of the annoying florescent lighting she had to do a little touch up. I like how she used the bad lighting to her advantage – creating a more vintage look on the second one.
However, Jesse was sitting with me as Kait worked on the pictures and he did not like the changes she was making. At one point she put a Rudolf nose on one of the pictures, thinking he would stop protesting and start giggling.
Um. No. He did not find this funny at all.
Jesse flipped out and cried, all the while spouting out words that were not in English. He was completely upset – grabbing onto my arms tightly, not removing his eyes from the computer screen for even a second. Even after she returned the picture to normal he stayed stuck to me until he fell asleep.
After the event he wouldn’t even admit that the picture was of him. No, that is Sam is what he kept adamantly repeating, shaking his head.
Too much more of this and he’ll end up needing a shrink each time Rudolf makes an appearance

Yes – and today he was telling on somebody for something and did the same thing, very adamant concerned rambling in a language all his own. I really need to see if I can capture it on video.
