Samming In The Rain

Yesterday Sam played in the rain. He’s played in the rain before but for some reason yesterday he thought it was an exceptional event.
Yes, those legs sticking out from under the jeep are Ryan’s. We aren’t much afraid of getting wet around here.
I slowed the video down. I guess it’s just my way of keeping time a little more under my control. I know it doesn’t really work that way. Try telling that to my sentimental side.
If I could just find a way to keep all these small moments locked up in a hope chest where time can’t get to them…

We just checked your blog today, it was so fun to see the kids and how much they have grown! Sam is so sweet, good choice of music with his moment in the rain. I know what you mean about wanting to save every sweet moment somehow. Everyday I feel that way.
This was simply beautiful.
When sweet things like this happen, I tell myself I’ll never forget it! But the years go by and sometimes you do. sniff.
