Sammy’s First!
Today is Sam’s first birthday. We celebrated it last night because my sister-in-law’s rehersal dinner for her wedding is tonight.
Sam is so completely adorable. I can’t get over how fast he has grown – my big boy. We did the typical picture thing so below you can see how the evening progressed. We would have video taped it but somebody dropped the video camera battery and the new one didn’t arrive in time. It should be here this afternoon – just a bit too late.
Anyway, the pictures tell the story pretty well.

Sugar crash.
Right after his bath. His hair really sticks up on its own but I thought for fun I would guide it. I only did the top and only with my hands. No gel or anything. The sides stuck out on their own.
He fell over with the little walking toy but didn’t miss a beat.
Seeing things from a new angle seemed to make him more interested in the new toy.
All my babies. Sam was very excited about everything. Can you say sugar?
