Okay. I made it through week one of the torture challenge (aka the hundred push ups challenge) and am now on day 1 of week 2. My right shoulder hurts. I said that on Friday but it’s really bugging me now. Still, it’s not effecting my push ups, it just hurts really bad after.  And it’s why I’m back to calling this the torture challenge.

Anyway, I’m not even close to being ready to give up. In one week I’ve doubled the amount of push ups I can do. I know I’m getting stronger. And even though I feel pain, I feel pretty good, too.
