is gonna be fun. And hot. Very hot.

We’re taking the kids to the Lowe’s Build and Grow clinic to nail together a pirate ship. Ever heard of these clinics? They’re free, your kids get to do a fun project and take it home, they get to keep their aprons and use hammers.

Loads of fun. Very loud.

Lowe’s hosts these clinics about every other Saturday from 10 till 11.

Home Depot has a similar clinic the first Saturday of every month from 9 till noon – you can show up anytime within that time frame.

Then we’re coming back here for a little backyard fun! I’ll probably put a video up – or at least some pictures. As long as I don’t die of heat stroke.
