Week 2 Day 3 – oh the persecution
My poor arms have petitioned me to stop this madness. No more push ups, pleeease!!!
I managed to finish all 5 sets today, and did my exaustion test and made it to 25. I’ve realized that I’m not quite going down as far as I should to count as a perfect push up, but I’m cool with that (for now at least), so I’ll just keep on keepin’ on how I’m going. (Hey, I can see that shocked look on your face!) I’m making a lot of progress and I’ve got to be happy about that.
My arms are feeling the persecution right now. Tortured, harassed, annoyed.
Yeah. They’re feeling pretty useless, too.
Why did I ever think this was a good idea?
But I’m still at it. I’ve got the weekend to rest then Monday steps it all up a notch. Because I can do more than 20 I’m moving to the second column. I don’t know how to feel about that.
