What Sam Can Do In Under 3 Minutes
Similar to the purple honey story some time ago.
No, the picture does not do this justice.
Ryan, the hubster, had a birthday last week. Birthdays in our house require the birthday boy/girl to participate in a treasure hunt of sorts – they have to follow clues to find their gift.
Well, one of the clues led Ryan to our room. He was in and out quickly, searching out his next clue.
During the game it seems that Sam (21 mo) got locked in the bedroom for about 3 minutes. Naturally, Ryan had closed the door behind him on his way out of the room as we all do to prevent disasters like this one, leaving sweet mischievous Sam in our room. Instead of fussing about being left behind, he got busy cleaning our master bathroom with the entire roll of toilet paper I had stuck on the roller only an hour or so earlier.
By the time we realized he was no longer tailing us, about 3 minutes or less, Sam had used the entire roll, cleaning the shower stall, the floor, the walls, the cabinet, and used the rest to clean out the toilet.
Happy Birthday, Daddy!
I cleaned Sam up right away and then got busy cleaning up the wet bits of toilet paper that littered every place in our bathroom as soon as Ryan was finished with the hunt. I also had to plunge the toilet. However, twice since then I have found more dried toilet paper stuck to the wall and some on the floor behind the toilet, too. I can’t figure out how I missed these bits – I have thoroughly cleaned up the bathroom a few times already!
Today he was creating with dog food and slobbery dog water. Gross. At least he wasn’t eating it.
