Y is for Yum.

My sister-in-law, Nina, pinned this pizza casserole thing onto one of her Pinterest boards last week or the week before and I showed it to Kait and suggested she make it some time and tonight she did and it was WAY yummy.  I wish I would have thought to snap a quick picture of it because hers turned out much larger and cheesier looking than the one in the Pinterest picture because she piled it on thick. You know, feeding 8 kids and all.
